Pastor Chuck Brown
Chuck Brown is the pastor of St. Timothy CPC. He grew up in the home of a Cumberland Presbyterian minister and proudly proclaims that he is a sixth generation Cumberland Presbyterian.
Chuck went to Bethel College in McKenzie, Tennessee with an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and Secondary Education. After teaching high school mathematics for five years, Chuck went to Memphis Theological Seminary, where he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree in 1995. That same year, he was ordained by the Red River Presbytery. Chuck has served pastorates in Longview, Texas, McKenzie, Tennessee, Lubbock, Texas, and Bedford, Texas.
Chuck's wife, Stephanie, is also an ordained minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she is currently serving at the Cumberland Presbyterian Children's Home in Denton as the Spiritual Care Director/Chaplain.
Chuck and Stephanie have been married for 24 years and have two sons, Mitch and Houston. Mitch is currently attending Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee and Houston attends Birdville High School.
